1. Junior Expenditing Officer
Qualification :
- Minimal Bachelor Degree
- Minimal 2 years experiences as Expediter in design facility of oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical, chemical and industrial project
- Understand fabrication sequence from engineering, detail fabrication at shop until delivery to site
- Able to read fabrication schedule and monitor actual progress
- Able to identify potential problem and plan for corrective action
- Able to prepare expediting report
- Proficient in English
2. Building ME Coordinator
Qualification :
- Education: S-1 degree from a reputable university majoring in mechanical or electrical.
- Experience: min. 5 years of working experience in facility, and building management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and organization experience
- Preferable Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
- Certified AK3 Listrik Kemnaker
- Computer literate (MS office, MS Word, Ms Excel, Sketchup, Autocad software
Responsibility :
- Supervises Vendors and Technicians in the day to day operation, service, and preventive maintenance of all structural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Genset and all other system and equipment.
- Ability to read and create, understand and utilize wiring diagrams, schematics, drawings, and blueprint.
- Provide regular training for other technicians
3. Civil Engineer
Qualification :
- Minimal Bachelor Degree Majoring in Civil Engineering
- Minimal 5 years experience in related position
- Capable for foundation design
- Capable for steel structure design
- Capable for building design
- Capable to use STAAD Pro
- Proficient in English
4. Construction Planning Engineer
Qualification :
- Education: S-1 degree majoring in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 5-7 years.
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
- Good interpersonal skills and having organization experience
- Willing to be assigned or business trip to construction site.
- Computer literate (MS office, MS Word, Ms Excel, CAD, MS Project / Primavera)
- Having Master degree (S-2) in Construction Management is an advantage.
Responsibility :
- Review Project Schedule to establish detail construction schedule
- Prepare constructability study and activity sequence
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking).
- Planning of manpower and equipment required for construction.
- Review and evaluate construction progress and productivity.
- Establish construction database and lesson learned.
- Willing to be assigned or business trip to construction site.
- Prepare acceleration plan for construction schedule when required.
