We are currently looking for Offshore Logistic Coordinator, who will report to: Companyman.

Offshore Logistic Coordinator

Requirements:

  • More than 3 years working experiences as Logistic Coordinator, and having experience working with offshore drilling company or drilling operators,
  • Holding valid Opito bosiet.

Job Desc:

  • Supervise and organize orders of materials and equipments.
  • Plan, coordinate, implement and oversee supply chain operations.
  • Assist Offshore Drilling team with materials related activities as required.
  • Maintaining strict timeline for every consignment as per the requirement of the rig.
  • Track final product shipments, costs, and timelines according to requirements.
  • Provide material inventory list for the material stocks & consignment.
  • To issue material request according to the program and coordinate with materials coordinator and service company.
  • Communicate with base for loading materials and with Marine team for transportation.
  • Maintaining proper documentation for all materials movement.
  • Coordinate and supervise supply boat movement with marine team.
  • Filing reports & Analyse data on a regular basis.
  • Manage orders and check stock of materials and equipment to ensure that the company has everything needed for the operations.
  • Adhere to all safety standards, regulations, laws, and policies.

Procurement & Logistics Specialist

Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Support the development and implementation of procurement and logistics strategies that align with the organization's business objectives and support operational efficiency.
  2. Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contracting, to ensure that goods and services are acquired at the best possible price and quality.
  3. Assist in the logistics process, including transportation, delivery, and warehousing, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers.
  4. Assist in the development and maintenance of strong relationships with suppliers and service providers, ensuring that they understand the organization's requirements and performance expectations.
  5. Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to the Procurement & Logistics Manager as necessary to ensure that contractual obligations are met.
  6. Assist in the management of inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs.
  7. Assist in the development and maintenance of logistics systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective transportation and delivery of goods.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to procurement and logistics.
  9. Support the Procurement & Logistics Manager in the management of a team of procurement and logistics professionals, providing guidance and support as required.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  2. Strong knfvowledge of procurement processes, logistics systems, and inventory management.
  3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate technical and commercial proposals.
  5. Strong focus on compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to adapt to changing priorities.
  7. Proficiency in using procurement and logistics software and tools.
