Why do company need this:
- The company’s holding company needs to be able to function as intended
- The company has the ability to grow double in the next 3 years, however the internal system can not yet support the growth
Job Qualifications:
- Age ranging from 35 to 55 years old
- Having experience in property business (non technical), have experience in business process and transformation also flow as well
- Ability to scale up the business
- Having work experiences in organization transformation to be a professional company
- Willing travel to projects
- Strategic Business Support task:
- Ensure the business operates within the company’s vision and mission
- Develop the organizational system to scale up the business, and drive all departments meet the agreed targets
- Identify, evaluate and improve the business process
HR tasks:
- Manage and supervise in carry out, in general the Regulation in matters of pertaining to Manpower, generally and in particular, the Company Regulation.
- Manage and supervise in carry out the Company’s policies decided by Board of Director/Commissioner or Management.
- Supervise in carry out the Personnel Administration and government compliance (BPJS, Pph 21, Attendance, Annual Leave, Permission, Medical Reimbursement, Warning Letter, etc).
- Manage and fulfill the request from Management for increasing/decreasing of employee (man power planning).
- Supervise in carry out in creating the excellent relationship inter department, socialized company culture (internal and external);
- Supervise the Company’s documentations (especially the validity of the documents)
- Supervise the orderliness of Office administration and system
Corporate Secretary tasks:
- Act as liaison officer between the management, internal teams and the external parties, especially in building communication to reduce the confusion which can impact the company’s performance and image
- Plan and implement the meeting of Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and Audit Committee; hold the General Meeting of Shareholders
Keep and make documentation for all the company’s events
