GM Human Resources (Landed House Property Developer)

Job Qualifications:

  • Age ranging from 35 to 55 years old
  • Having experience in property business (non technical), have experience in business process and transformation also flow as well
  • Ability to scale up the business
  • Having work experiences in organization transformation to be a professional company
  • Willing travel to projects
  • Strategic Business Support task:
  • Ensure the business operates within the company’s vision and mission
  • Develop the organizational system to scale up the business, and drive all departments meet the agreed targets
  • Identify, evaluate and improve the business process

HR tasks:

  • Manage and supervise in carry out, in general the Regulation in matters of pertaining to Manpower, generally and in particular, the Company Regulation.
  • Manage and supervise in carry out the Company’s policies decided by Board of Director/Commissioner or Management.
  • Supervise in carry out the Personnel Administration and government compliance (BPJS, Pph 21, Attendance, Annual Leave, Permission, Medical Reimbursement, Warning Letter, etc).
  • Manage and fulfill the request from Management for increasing/decreasing of employee (man power planning).
  • Supervise in carry out in creating the excellent relationship inter department, socialized company culture (internal and external);
  • Supervise the Company’s documentations (especially the validity of the documents)
  • Supervise the orderliness of Office administration and system

Corporate Secretary tasks:

  • Act as liaison officer between the management, internal teams and the external parties, especially in building communication to reduce the confusion which can impact the company’s performance and image
  • Plan and implement the meeting of Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and Audit Committee; hold the General Meeting of Shareholders

Civil Project Engineer

Responsibilities

  • The required candidate would be responsible for the project activities on Civil scope of work.
  • Develop BOQ for Civil services & material, obtain and compare quotations, carry out technical and commercial comparison of quotes.
  • Contractor onboarding through comprehensive analysis of technical strengths and weaknesses.
  • Project EHS compliance, procedures, standards, E&I safety standards, regulatory requirements
  • Contractor handling, job execution, manage work quality, schedule compliance.
  • Civil project work integration with other project work streams of Electrical, Mech and Operations.
  • Well versed with project costing, project scheduling, project reporting
  • Development of project legal contracting document in coordination with legal & GP 
  • Market knowledge of vendor, suppliers on material and services
  • Exposure of working with foreign vendors
  • Should be able to provide support to Electrical & Mechanical Engineers for equipment install, commissioning startup and final sign off end to end cycle
  • Be responsible for review & maintain the critical parts inventory of basis Civil operations.
  • Perform other accountabilities, time to time assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge on Civil and project management.
  • Flexibility and endurance in a challenging environment.
  • Good team player, knowledge sharing
  • Safety, food safety working experience 
  • Multi-skilling and multi-tasking, good communication skills.
  • At least fundamental knowledge about equipment PM, predictive & preventive maintenance.
  • Computer literate with good writing skills
